I paid for the unlimited service, which advertises “Delete all tweets / likes at once”. I also uploaded my archive, which is a requirement I did not feel was clear in the description on their site. I am not able to delete thousands of Likes from my Twitter page despite paying for this service. I have emailed with them multiple times, and they tell me that the service does not work as advertised because of something Twitter is doing. However, I did not pay Twitter. I paid TweetDeleter, which does not work as advertised. I have requested a refund, and they have refused to issue it. Save your money.
Terrible. Does not work remotely as advertised. I purchased the “Unlimited” plan, which promised quick deletion of up to 3200 tweets. Only deletes 100 tweets at a time, and service takes hours to operate. Meaning if you want to mass delete tweets you have to oversee the process meticulously over the course of days—at which point it’s quicker to just manually delete tweets. When the service proves to be wholly unsatisfactory, customer service is evasive and unresponsive. My customer support query, filed within a day of subscribing, asked for a cancellation and refund due to lack of function, and their response literally pretended I had asked about a technical issue. When I responded clarifying, they said a refund was not possible because I was not having a technical problem—meaning the service was (mal)functioning as intended. I went to their competitor and deleted all eligible tweets in ONE click. Do not touch this “service” with a ten foot pole!
It's really easy to use solution that helps if you want to clean up your Twitter profile as well as if you want to launch Auto Delete that will automatically delete your oldest tweets so nothing old and private stays on the web.
