Tweet Full is probably one of the oldest Growth Hacking tools for Twitter. It has a large number of filters to target your audience precisely. I have successfully used it to grow my clients' accounts for a long time now. I thought PH should know about this.
I have been using Tweet Full for a long time now. It has worked every time. I have tried a few tools but there wasn't a single tool that survived every time Twitter made a change on their end.
Twitter's new changes require you to have an app to be used with TweetFull. If you are new, it can be a but tricky.
