When analyzing compatibility of a relationship, we often think of similar body language or how loud you talk with one another (extroversion). What not many know is you can also tell a lot from the function words you use. It has a predictive effect of 33% of speed dating success and 23% of lasting relationship after 3 months. For example: W: Where are you from? M: Connecticut...How about you? W: Um, I’m from Austin,Texas. M: Texas? Nice, OK. That's considered low score, since the guy is using very few prepositions ("from"). Pretty cool stuff, I think:) Instead of hot photos, we can approach from the way we talk in finding a compatible partner. What do you think?
