The software is okay. The user interface is not very intuitive, but after some time you will find your way. The customer support is lousy. I reported a bug 16 months ago and it is literally something they can fix in 1 minute, but they just keep pushing it forward to a vague 'future release'.
Fantastic online appointment scheduling tool, one of the best. I've been using it for over 2 years and find it reliable, flexible and easy to use. I wouldn't be without it. Very good support and customer service.
