I order 2 pairs of shoes, prePandemic. Then everything locked down. I received one pair, never the 2nd pair. I paid for both pairs. Love the shoes that I received. So disappointed that I never received the 2nd pair. Customer Service indicated that the shoes would be shipped when everything opened back up. Now I can't even get to their website - not sure if they are still in business.
