We are reinventing the resume, to one that improves transparency, reduces bias, and finds fit. A tool that gives employers confidence when hiring and gives candidates clarity when applying.
We are on a mission to be the step before the first step in the hiring process. As hiring managers, we have lost confidence in a resume because they have become polluted with embellishments and many times lies. We also respect our screening process lacks any sophistication with respect to qualification assessment and the mitigation of bias – we question if we are choosing the best candidates. So we decided to create a platform that solves 5 problems – candidates lying, use of dirty data, unconscious bias, application overload, and poor decisions.
We are similar credit agencies but instead of credit history, we use credential history.
So at this point, we are looking for beta users so we can garner some honest feedback. The process to use our platform is relatively easy, in fact, the onus is on the candidates.
