How do you manage service outages or pricing changes in those APIs?
Do users have fallback options or any visibility into this?

By default we use multiple APIs and services in the agent testing framework including openAI, Gemini, Claude, heygen, runwayML, Google VEO2, and repurposing videos so even if all the services went down the agents would keep generating content and a/b testing for CPM or sales. Every agent emails the customer all generated content to verify brand guidelines after the automated verification based on the business description and Gemini video inputs.
How much can users customize the logic or behaviors? Are there options for conditionals, state management and so on?

It stores data in your choice of firebase, supabase, local chrome storage that you can drop in no-code credentials for.
