I really like that the emails go straight to your drafts - it still leaves the "follow-through" up to the user. There are a few typos on the homepage that should be fixed, and as @sbenario mentioned, there should be a way to see what Touchingbase does without granting access to my inbox.
Scan your email everyday to see If you haven't contacted them within the last 3 months. You'll see a Draft message appear in your Inbox reminding you to touch base with them.
