Hi, we are the makers of ToDoYogi, a free, simple day planner and note-taking webapp. We felt that existing calendar apps were not a good replacement for the good old paper organizers (too slow, too complex, not flexible... basically not designed for getting things done), so we created a new one that does just what we want: - we can jolt down notes just anywhere (no modal, no "save", no scheduling required) - resize freely to show the duration or importance of a note - drag and drop easily (like a post-it note) - paste (almost) any type of content anywhere in the page - have weeks and month sections, not only days We added a few helpful functionalities: - notes that are overdue are grouped together - you can reschedule with a right click - you can assign and change color - you can chose between several views densities - you can uses the browser "search" - it is password protected - it runs on a robust Firebase infra so your data is backed up ...and many more things. www.todoyogi.app www.todoyogi.com (our website) Please give it a try let us know how we could improve it, it's WIP. Thank you The team at ToDoYogi

I badly need a good tool like this, so far haven't found one that I like. Looking forward to trying it and to seeing how it evolves!

very good planning tool, easy handling; I like the screen separation with the overdue and the squares of the week. The possibility of using colors also facilitates the overall vision of the tasks to be accomplished.
