I have been using Todoist for a few years in the free version and it's certainly an app that I couldn't live without anymore. I use it to share some work projects with team members, manage and solve tasks, or keep track of activities to then include in the reports to be delivered to clients. I find it simple, intuitive, always well-functioning and updated. I have also had the opportunity to try the paid version, but for my uses it turned out to be too expensive compared to the actual use I made of the premium options. I hardly think I will be able to find a better alternative than this. The only missing feature is perhaps a real integration with Apple's Calendar app.
Good, but I want better keyboard navigation and a more uniform experience
Super user freidnly, neat and clear interface with good and necessary features. However, would be perfect to be able to collaborate with other accounts.
My life changed after I started using Todoist. It's my favorite app and the one I use every single day. Highly recommend you try it, it's amazing!
Used it for years, keeps all my thoughts and ideas, tasks etc in one place!
