I like the idea and I think the challenge concept could be very strong. It's a matter of good content and how many user will upload videos. The videos take a bit to upload and the UI could be a bit more polished but let's give it a bit of time.
This is great! I had this exact idea around water bucket challenge some time ago. Cool that someone implemented it! Good luck! Careful with NSFW content once you get some critical mass, if the challenges are going to be created by users.
