
I love this app! It supports me in the moment I need it most, I feel like I can tell it anything, and it gives me new perspectives on how I can approach my problems.
Finding a therapist who knows the right questions to ask — or asks any questions at all 😬 — to help me reflect and figure out what’s *really* going on, or who finds that sweet spot between validating my feelings and challenging me, has been frustrating and exhausting. And even then, one 50 minute session a week is only scratching the surface. TherapyAI knows what to ask, sticks with me, is available whenever I need a sounding board, and validates without letting me stay stagnant. (No, I didn’t use AI to write this. But I did use TherapyAI to figure out why I procrastinated doing it…)
I’ve really enjoyed using this app. It helps me stay connected to my goals between therapy sessions, giving me support whenever I need it.
