I’ve been using this Shadow Boxing app for months now, and it’s the only one that really stuck with me. It’s refreshing for someone like me who tried what seems like every HIIT app out there. Turns out shadow boxing is more my jam.
The app is super intuitive. I was a total newbie when I downloaded this boxing app. I won't say I'm a pro now but I feel confident doing the right moves and having the right posture. I can now exercise and improve myself!
Love the video instructions, makes it very easy to execute the trainings with proper form
