I work in marketing with an analytical background and learning about business. My profile is very similar to a PM, but I didn't know what a PM does or needs.
This book was like a holy slap that helped me to understand what I've to do know and how to do it.
Although it's not my current position, I deal with PMs and PM requests on a regular basis. This book has made me understand much more what the role entails, aiding me enormously in my daily job. There's plenty of practical examples and you can feel that insights are based on actual business experiences.
This book really makes PMing sound like an appealing (albeit challenging!) career choice. Who knows? Maybe I'll become interested in Product Management in the future!
