The service itself is pretty bad. A few random links to some news stories arrives at 10am ET, and news is old news at that point.
Sales and account management tactics our unethical beyond anything I have seen in recent years. Can't sample product without credit card, once you pay you don't get into product until following day, UI is terrible and there is no way to cancel in the account manager.
