The UI of Tarvent is great! It is packed full of features and the customer service is fantastic. There are a few features that are available in other platforms that i would like to see, like multi-email sequences and the ability to create and use templates everywhere an email can be created–but its early days yet and I'm hopeful these sensible features will be added to the platform.
Started with low expectations, but Tarvent has blown me away! Let me list a few of the things that I really rate about this software: 1) Very smart and intuitive campaign builder 2) Logical contact infrastructure, and powerful search/sort tools 3) Automation - this is top drawer. I came from GetResponse, and this is up there and even better in some areas. Massively flexible, but with a simple interface 4) Dynamic content - Wow, I was not expecting this! The ability to personalise your email not just with a name, but with a whole content block - super powerful! 5) Quick and responsive support - they genuinely want to hear about any negative points you come across so they can sort them - sooo different from other platforms! Lots of other pleasing features and touches, I'm just scratching the surface of the powerful infrastructure, but so so impressed!
I just started using Tarvent last week and I'm a fan of it so far. I enjoyed the ease in creating automated email sequences, creating different groups for different entry points/interests, and the customer support. The customer support was quick and helpful in their replies. It's not really Tarvent's issue, but I had trouble embedding a from on my wordpress website. I found a work around that works which I'm happy with right now.
I am really enjoying using Tarvent, and here it has replaced the AC that was super expensive. It has a good interface, the support is quick, and there are many features that I am still learning to use. I am looking forward to more integrations (ActivePieces) for this to be considered my best acquisition of the year.
Its pretty easy to use and figure out. The jargon takes some getting use to but even thought I've only been using it for 1 masterclass sign up thus far, I think its a win of a products I think this will be easy to integrate into other pages on my website for building my email list and organizing it easily I want to build my email list(s) and organize them in a way that I can contact specific lists of people based on what they are interested in, in my business line. Tarvent helps me create newsletters and capture emails on specific landing pages so I can assemble strategic lists of audience members

Tarvent is the best email platform I have found thus far. Moved to Acumbamail, which was fine. Worst UI so far and poor functionality (minimal automations). But the delivery rate was good. That's when I learned about Tarvent. I tried Tarvent for 30 days, and my open rates stayed at 40%+. They have full in depth automations. The Ui is difficult and took a full day to learn. But once I learned it, it was phenomenal. Couldn't recommend Tarvent enough!
