I had the great luck to having been using Tana since July 2022 and not only have I seen the product evolve a lot and gaining more and more powers, while still keeping true to the very core of the product idea: Everything is a node and it's possible to structure certain "classes" of nodes with metadata. This sounds simple, but that simplicity, with a very well thought out design makes it incredible easy to structure data and information in almost any way imaginable. Yes, you can do ToDos, Notes and Project. Yes, there's voice transcription and AI. But the true power is that it's so super easy to structure any kind of information that one comes across in daily life.
I have both my personal and my work life living in Tana and it has made it possible to be organised (even though I'm not) and keep my ADHD brain in check. We have been using it as a shared environment in my team, and the power of a shared workspace is mind boggling.
Tana is easy to start with but the there is no limit to what can be built and the product just keeps on growing and adapting. It's by far the best PKM tool I have ever seen.
