Tally is hands down my favourite form app! I've been using Tally since soon after it launched and I use it for everything.
I love how fun and simple it is to create forms - but also that it integrates beautifully with Airtable and Google Sheets to save me heaps of time and data entry to do stuff with the form data.
Also really impressed and grateful with how much capability you've keep in the free version. It's simply the best form app for makers!
