Talenteer is a great product that helps me a lot with my daily routine. It provides all the required information about the company and opportunities making it much easier to search for new opportunities for my colleagues.
Great to see this product launch here! 🎉 I’m writing this as a developer working for Itransition, but I’m not on the Talenteer team. Since we use Talenteer internally too, I completely understand the value that it brings. It’s just the #1 place where I’d go to look for opportunities once I need to. In my career outside the company, there was a mess of beefy corporate solutions for internal talent management. And yet everything went down to improvised Google Sheets 🫠 I bet this story is familiar to many organizations. This product is a painkiller & medicine all in one.
Indeed an excellent tool for our company. I work as Project Manager at Itransition company but wasn't involved in the development. I use Talenteer on a daily basis and recommend it to all my team members in order to involve them more in the knowledge and experience-sharing process. That's a vital tool for big companies because it really helps to truly understand the possible opportunities inside your own company.
I happened to use this tool. I beleave It's very usefull for IT-companies.
