At the beginning of our presentation, we highlighted the following problems and ways to solve them:

1. limited functionality
TelegramMiniApps is actively developed in all communities,
so developing products within this system requires resources and there is an urgent need to find employees.
Projects get a real case study - employees are needed to build TelegramMiniApps.
When trying to apply on popular platforms (
LinkedIn, etc.) there is no possibility to find quality candidates and target audience, as there are no MiniApps development points in these services. Candidates and employers don't have a tool to find employees and vacancies - this is the first problem.
T-Card is focused on TelegramMiniApps development, so we provide: advanced filter panel, resume builder, company authorization, feedback transparency, 24/7 support. We are also open to all areas of business and support the pursuit of quality recruitment.
2- Lack of opportunity for candidates to show their cases
Candidates are unable to show their case studies in a nice and easy to use format that is intuitive for any user.
We solve this problem by creating a separate item in a candidate's card that will be dedicated to publishing their cases. T-Card gives the employer the ability to open the candidate's MiniApp with one click. Thus, we give the candidate an opportunity to effectively show his cases, and the employer without loss of time to familiarize with them, which in this case can not be provided by any recruiting platform.
3- Poor candidate processing
There is a problem of poor assessment of candidate's skills. At the working interview, it turns out that the future employee does not fit the given requirements due to lack of clarity in the initial review of the resume.
We solve the problem of poor selection with the help of detailed filters and resume builder.
4- Employer reviews
There is a practice where bad reviews about companies or employers can be removed by various services at the request of the employers themselves, which misleads candidates when choosing a job.
We are solving this problem in an unusual way - each of our reviews will be signed by a transaction on the blockchain, allowing the reviews to stay with the employer forever and not be deleted.
