The purchase experience was just horrible. Order the unit and got a shipping confirmaiton a week later. 10 days on no movement on UPS website. I e-mailed support and the responded quickly but said they are working with their shipping dept to find out. 3 more days passes and I e-mail again, this time no return e-mail. I e-mailed again and ask for the order to be canclled, also asked for refund on the meal I received one full day passes still no response. Logged onto my account and filed a support ticket. Someone then responded and said that they are working with their shipping dept. One more day passes still no movement on old tracking or new tracking. E-mail back and told them to cancel. The only good part of this experience is they told me I didn't have to ship the meals back. Too bad, I was really looking foward to using this to manage our busy schedule.
I have been using the Suvie cooking system since version 1.0. I discovered it while looking for ways to decrease the time spent cooking meals. I retired while my wife continued working, so I volunteered to take over the cooking chores. Being an IT developer for over 45 years, figuring out ways to automate manual processes comes second nature to me. As a result of getting in early, I have been able to provide lots of feedback to the Suvie team and have been able to work through some initial bumps along the way. Overall, this is an incredible robot system. I use both the main Suvie unit and the Starch unit. I am still waiting for the complete integration of the two units but am managing in the meantime. One of the best features of this system is its ability to schedule meals for a future completion time. It does an incredible job of keeping the food cool in the unit until it is time to cook it. The preciseness of the start to finish time is one of its highlights. When my wife gives me a time she expects to be home from work, I can set up the schedule to match her arrival to the minute. The variety of food meal options continues to increase as time goes on. We have a few favorites and have especially enjoyed the salmon selections. The convenience of having 2 portions of fresh fish ready for a meal outweighs the lower cost of purchasing a fresh side of salmon from our grocery that has to be cut and then repackaged and frozen. Even without the pre-packaged meals, the Suvie system is easy to program your own meals from scratch. I have vacuum packed beef filets that I then sous-vide in the Suvie using the completion time and temperature. I have grilled chicken breast using the same program as one of the prepared meals. It has been an amazing appliance in our home. My wife who was not initially impressed due to the cost has become a major fan. It means she doesn't have to cook, the meals are prepared on time, there is a minimal amount of post meal cleanup, we are eating more healthy meals at home than ever before. Finally, I enjoy the ease in meal preparation. Plus I believe I would have struggled with being consistent if the preparation process had been a difficult and time consuming task.
We have not turned our regular oven on in over a year. And the food is magnificent! The dual cooking modes in basically two separate ovens, combined with programmed cooking times make everything such a breeze!
I’m in love with my Suvie! This has completely changed our lives - we used to go out to dinner or order takeout nearly every night of the week, which gets really expensive and isn’t very healthy. Since we got our suvie, we use the device to make most of our meals and going out has become something we want to do instead of something we have to do. You can use it to make your own food which we do sometimes, but we also love Suvie meals because they’re so easy. My favorite meals are the pesto chicken, Turkey tamales, chicken tikka masala, and the lobster ravioli. 😋
outstanding addition to our kitchen.. so handy on busy or lazy days(many) and the food is always outstanding.. the customer service is also A+

Suvie has changed the way my family eats dinner. I never had time to cook before and now I can fix it before work and have it ready when I get home. Nothing better than that!!
I ordered the Suvie for Mothers day and I have loved it. We own a farm so have a lot of our own protein and it’s awesome to be able to throw in from frozen meat, add some veggies at night and set it for dinner the next night! Their premade meals are yummy and take the guess work out. I personally like the integration with my IPhone to be able to adjust dinner timing if im running late from work!
