Then I started talking and in few months, I had talked to over 250 Customer Success Professionals from varying industries and across various roles. It’s gonna sound cheesy but I fell in love with these amazing people and the work they do and with so much passion. So I decided to contribute to the community by means I was best suited, by promising them to build the most amazing Customer Success Software. A tool that will make more amazing at their work."
