The journey began 10 months ago with me sending out message to random Customer Success Professionals on LinkendIn.
The first question I asked was why do you wanna build a Customer Success Software and The honest answer to this question still is "I still don’t know..” I met the customer success community by sheer accident, when I was looking for area where I can make some difference. Then I started talking and in few months, I had talked to over 250 Customer Success Professionals from varying industries and across various roles. It’s gonna sound cheesy but I fell in love with these amazing people and the work they do and with so much passion. So I decided to contribute to the community by means I was best suited, by promising them to build the most amazing Customer Success Software. A tool that will make more amazing at their work."
This launch is the first step towards that goal. It might not be perfect the first time, but believe me I will keep making the software better. On the way I will need your help.
