I was extremely disappointed with SubMagic's billing practices. Without any prior notice, they charged me for a full year of service—no reminder, no heads-up, just a hefty charge out of nowhere. A company that operates on subscriptions should be transparent about upcoming renewals, not silently bill customers and hope they don’t notice.
To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful when I reached out. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, they stuck to a rigid policy that left me with no recourse. This is not how you build trust with users.
If you're considering SubMagic, be wary of their auto-renewal practices. Double-check your settings because they won’t remind you before they take your money.
