I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the lack of support for current paying users of Stack. It is unacceptable that we are not being given access to the new version of the product (Stack NEXT), while at the same time, the legacy version has not received any updates in over two years and does not have any customer support available.
As paying customers, we have supported your company financially and have given you more than ample time to improve the product. It is unacceptable that we are now being left in the lurch without any support or access to the new version.
I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach and to prioritize the needs and concerns of your paying customers. We deserve to be treated with respect and to have access to the support and updates that we have rightfully earned through our financial support of your company.
