Stable seems to be the only mail solution targeted at early startups. We've been using for ~ a month now and have been extremely happy with it. I also really appreciated the fact that they put together a custom checklist for us in Notion so we could make sure we updated our address with all the state/federal agencies we needed to.
Stable’s been a game-changer for founders like myself — it truly saves time and reduces the headaches of managing business logistics. Congrats to Sarah Ahmad and the team. Highly recommend!
I have been transitioning from Earth Class Mail to stable. Mail arrives promptly and reliably which is a big difference compared to ECM where items would be lost for months waiting to be scanned. Their pricing is decent for entry level functionality but feature crippled for simple things like automatically scanning your mail. They call this an advanced automation which requires the “scale” plan. So to read your mail you have to make two visits to the site- one to request the scan and the other to read the scan several hours later. That’s my only issue so far.
I'm a customer of Stable and love it! I evaluated all the major competitors before signing up. They all failed because of one or more of the reasons: their tech was old/dated, too many fees / complex billing, or they didn't have the features I needed.
Great for startups. I don't want to collect mail, and I need to keep my cofounder in the loop! Stable is awesome!
As a solo founder, Stable was instrumental in founding my company to have a dedicated address for my business that wasn't my home address. Their service makes managing my business mail easy with their scanning services, and it's very easy to have them forward any mail I need physical copies of right from the dashboard.
We are very happy Stable customers, and recently expanded our usage from mail to also use Stable as our registered agent. Having important business processes in one place makes our lives easier. Congrats on the expansion to more states.
Stable makes it easy to up-and-coming founders to move residence and startup office, especially if the new residence is located in a city that is not startup / tech friendly (yikes paper work). Stable allows us to maintain a presence in a city that makes sense for tech companies like San Francisco, where all the latest events and innovations happen.
