We are very excited to bring Spring for Apple Watch to the market. Our watch extension combines both music and exercise data from the Spring app. Users can see what they're listening to, skip songs and pause their workouts. In addition, a quick glance at your wrist will give you pace, distance and time info.
The Spring app is built on the concept of rhythm based movement i.e. matching your cadence to the rhythm of music. Our algorithm curates music based on your activity and the intensity of your workout. The music sets the tempo for your movement.
