ZERO STARS. Road was closed to my parking destination. Tried to unsuccessfully find another route, caused me to be late and unable to cancel. Regardless, I was unable and utilize the service I paid for. Refuses to issue a refund despite me explaining in detail the situation. Gave a very generic unrelated response . Emailed them again to address my actual concern of a refund. Gave no reason but refused. I am unhappy and disappointed .

I was sent a promo code by spot angels and when I tried to use it during my booking, there was no place tu enter it.
I called, emailed, texted and Whatsapp them, without any response!
Pathetic.
And on top of it I was charged twice by the parking facility and now I have to do all this extra work and waste time out of my busy schedule to get the credit back.
Don't use spot angels, if you don't want aggravation.
Pathetic company.
Very bad customer support.

The app was already amazing but now with the web version, I can easily let guests know where to park when they come visit.

Also, you do have to hope that someone has identified all the different street parking regulations. If it doesn't know or is incorrect, you update via photo and they will correct it quickly.
