Use the transcript, or, more valuable, let it convert into one of the many practical predefined formats, or use your custom format. Nice workflows are possible with webhooks, which you’ll currently trigger manually from a single note.
For me, Speech To Note is the missing "talking notes" piece in the AI game. The use cases are unlimited. As one example, I personally enjoy making my daily email sessions when I walk outdoors.

Also, there is a great online community where we can discuss technical things and share knowledge. There are a few solutions out there for this use, but STN crushes it at a far distance from the peloton.
