I bought a domain name and paid for it. Before I even had a chance to build my website, the domain was still showing a Spaceship ad (which is already odd – why would you redirect my purchased domain to your ad?). Then, you accused me of fraud and deleted my domain. I've never encountered such a bizarre situation!
Team your APIs are not working and says This API is currently under development. Its been a long time I am getting this, did you guys stop the development on spaceship? When can I expect the development to be done else I will migrate my all assets to another provider

I have purchased 2 domain from them using my credit card after successful payment and success mail they mailed me they are cancelling my orders for abuse activity i don't know what abuse here, afer it when i asked for refund they told we have authority to can't refund for a abuse order, also told you can check our terms and conditions here is it mentioned, seriously disgusting..... Such a f**king company i ever seen.
I recently attempted to register a .com domain through Spaceship, drawn in by their advertised promo code "COMPROS" offering a discount. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite following the instructions, the promo code failed to work, and I received an error message stating that I was using a VPN or proxy. However, I was simply using mobile data, with no VPN in use, which made this error particularly frustrating. Additionally, the domain management interface left much to be desired. I encountered multiple issues, especially when trying to update the nameservers. The process was confusing, and it took far longer than expected to resolve even simple tasks. Given the technical difficulties, poor customer experience, and the inability to utilize the promotional offer, I would not recommend Spaceship for domain registration or management. There are definitely better options available.
I Bought a .in domain from spaceship and was trying to set it up but i was not working and later found out that it was some issues with registry they tell me to submit my KYC document to the registry i did it but getting no reply from registry. it been a week and they said they can't help me since the issues is with registry.
I love the UI of this app! Looks futuristic and cool. However sometimes it could get confusing or a lot. Overall Great!
