Soundescape

Generative 3D audio environments for focused work

Soundescape is a free web application for ambient background sounds. If you struggle to concentrate while working from home, this tool is for you! Audio is rendered in 3D, and you'll never hear the exact same combination of audio twice, as everything is generated randomly.

Even just the short demo blows my mind! Impressive job, congrats for the launch!

Okay this is perfect for me. Wierd to say, there are times when I google a background photo (so I dont get distracted) and listen to ambient study music on youtube. I would be using this product! Would be better if you use sharper images/videos! Consider having a chrome plugin for this? That would be more convenient.

@daryllman Lol that's exactly what I also did sometimes, glad that you like it! Yea better video streaming is definitely something that's on the roadmap. A Chrome Extension is also something I thought of. It could be used as a the start page of Chrome for example.

@scriptify Yeap agree for that -- chrome extension for startpage of Chrome. I think chrome extension could be developed quite easily for youself! Even a simple redirect to your website seems handy haha

@scriptify For the video footages, I think there are sites where you can get really HD ones for free e.g. Artgrid or something.
Maximilian Torggler
@daryllman Yea artgrid would be a perfect fit! If the product generates revenue at some point, I'd consider buying a subscription there. But then I would also need to combine it with a service like mux.com or something homebrewed using AWS.

@scriptify I think for Artgrid you can just download the videos, and If im not wrong you don't need to be subscribed forever to use the footages. Could be wrong
