Have you ever caught yourself mid-doom scroll and asked yourself, where did the past 60 minutes go? Yeah, me too. 😅 It turns out the average human lives 72.6 years. All of that doom scrolling adds up! 😵 I created Social Media Death Clock as a reminder that there's probably something else I'd rather do than consume memes on my Twitter feed (that isn't always true!). It's a reminder to use social media and focus my attention with more intention. The previous version simply replaced a social media site's logo with a timer. It wasn't enough. In version 2, I've created a complete re-design with a brutalist approach that is a lot harder to miss when doom scrolling. Feel free to give it a shot or roast me for taking life too seriously. 🥹
