Awful customer service (by that I mean never replying to my questions or helping with issues). Be wary of the fact that it will generate responses that are extremely generic, therefore even if they are personalised you will still have to go on re-write those yourself for your cold outreach campaigns. Not worth the money, I am still waiting for a refund 🤷🏼♀️
I use Smartwriter to automate my outreach, and it saves me a lot of time. It can generate follow-up emails automatically. It's very convenient for me to help me build my network and connect with professionals in the same industry. I've created a lot of connections on LinkedIn by using this tool, and I highly recommend it!
The potential is there; however, I couldn't upload my CSV file to test. I uploaded one row, and it said I used 735 credits. Huh? For one lead? That is a rip-off and highly expensive for a bad UI design and zero customer support. Founders have to build reliable products instead of pumping out new features. A user research study may help, too, since I was stuck on the first step. I gave up! They also need to have an option for customers to immediately delete their accounts and data to be compliant with data protection laws.
The product showed some promise at the beginning but now is completely abandoned. The founder, Vaibhav, is not to be trusted. Ghosted all his early users without any explanation and just focuses on his new product which he is relentlessly marketing to all people that invested through LTD into the future of this product. The founder ruined his reputation and the product doesn't work any more.
