The best way I’ve found to get a homeowner’s attention is via direct mail, but writing and mailing letters is super time consuming. What I love in your idea, that you choose physical old-good mail. In the chaos of digital information this will probably the best way to approach to home owner. But why the prospect buyer will not want to send mail directly to the home owner avoiding your service?
