Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Rahul, co-founder of Sleepedy. We are so excited to share the new iteration of Sleepedy with the community. A quick reminder of what Sleepedy is: Sleepedy is an iOS app that delivers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) -- we track your sleep and provide personalized insights and coaching. To build therapeutic alliance and trust, a human sleep coach is paired with you to accompany you through the sleep program. At our core, we want to help people sleep better - without having to take sleeping pills like Ambien, Xanax, etc. - by making non-invasive sleep therapy available on a smartphone. Sleepedy now seamlessly integrates with wearables like the Apple Watch and Oura Ring to automatically track your sleep (and don’t worry, we lend you an Apple Watch if you don’t have one 🙂).
