A quick reminder of what Sleepedy is: Sleepedy is an iOS app that delivers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) -- we track your sleep and provide personalized insights and coaching. To build therapeutic alliance and trust, a human sleep coach is paired with you to accompany you through the sleep program. At our core, we want to help people sleep better - without having to take sleeping pills like Ambien, Xanax, etc. - by making non-invasive sleep therapy available on a smartphone.
