Using the free features in Sleep Cycle seems to be all I need, the paid upgrade doesn't seem valuable to me. Within a few days, I was able to tell the difference in my quality of sleep. I used to struggle to get up in the morning but now when Sleep Cycle wakes me up at the optimum time I feel well rested.
