
just cancelled, very inaccurate with regards to tracking sleep. Several days as of late I was awake and the app said I was sleeping. The iPhone Health had recorded it correctly. This used to be a great app, but not lately. I want to track sleep and my heart rate, and it is off.
I love this product and I can truly tell you that I feel better and more focus everyday because of Sleepwatch. It's Heart Rate Dip measurement gives me insight and tips to get more restful sleep. Just by having dinner and alcohol a bit earlier every evening, cut down my coffee by one cup and walk a bit more often ( I even start jumping rope :) ).
