Hello everyone! Hande here.
Thank you for checking out our product!
Most of you will soon start hunting for the best talents to grow your businesses, if you have not already started. We would like to help you to hire the best talents. That is why we developed Skillpine.
Skillpine combines the power of AI, data driven decision making and human led feedback to help you grow your team and achieve success with your venture.
Our journey started when we saw our friends going through the painful process of making their first hires for their startups.
- They were lacking experience in identifying the skills that are required for the position that they are not an expert of and figuring out how to assess these skills: Think about hiring a business developer while being a software engineer π£
- They had to spend countless hours sifting through hundreds of CVs. They received 600 CVs and most of them were irrelevant.
Skillpine is already addressing most of these pain points and will continue to develop further to provide the best hiring experience for very busy startup founders.
Features that we already developed:
β Hiring process: Skillpine helps you to plan the best hiring process: How many interviews? Which criteria to assess in which interview? How long the interviews should be? Type of the interview? Thanks to Skillpine, you will not need to crack your brains to find answers to these questions.
β Preparing Interviews: Maybe better to call them assessment rounds. Is it better to ask βTell me about your experience with Python?β or to give the applicant a case to crack? No matter what type of assessment you want to go for, Skillpine will help you generating questions, cases.
β CV analysis: Skillpine can parse and analyze the resumes of applicants. She will takes notes, score and rank the applicants for you. You will be able to filter candidates based on the filters that you define.
β Assessment: Throughout the process Skillpine will keep updating the scores of the candidates and will keep reranking them. She will do so by using the information on the resumes, the notes that you take during the interviews and the feedback that you provide to her.

@kingromstar Yes it does!
I've just tried one:
```
Here's the problem: Given an array of integers, return indices of the two numbers such that they add up to a specific target. You may assume that each input would have exactly one solution, and you may not use the same element twice. Can you write a Python function to solve this problem?
What is the time complexity of your solution?
How would you optimize your solution if the array is sorted?
How would you handle edge cases, such as an empty array or null values?
```
I guess we could make a first pass, store the index of a value in a sparse array, make a second pass and find if the remaining amount exists in the array index (or a hashmap obviously).
Can't help but think on the solution :sigh:
