We use sitegpt for both chat and as an internal email tool. We have tried multiple others like chatbase, botsonic but SiteGPT is much better in terms of
1. Features - the only chatbot that alows automating customer facing tasks by letting me run code snippets and connect to my database
2. Accuracy : The tech seems to be better and the team has provided a set of prompts which helps remove hallucinations which is a big problem with other alternatives
3. Ease of use.

I have been using it to resolve customer queries and no other AI tool proved to be as helpful as SiteGPT. It is super easy to train and integrate. Tried it for a month. Was okay-ish but i wanted to cancel my subscription -> Button does not work. The Button to reach out tu support on the "Cancel Subscription" Dialogue also didn't work. Now i paid the 2nd month without wanting to ... not cool

I paid for the essential plan but don't have access to creating any chatbot. I clicked the chat support and it didn't have any answer so it told me "It is recommended that the user reach out to SiteGPT's support team by sending an email to address their issue." I asked how to contact them and it showed "You can reach out to SiteGPT by sending an email to [email protected] or by clicking on the live chat icon located at the bottom left of the website." Is this a bug you are aware of? @pbteja1998
