Sidekick solves this problem because it allows you to add inline help tips to educate your users in your product directly where they need the help. You can add a side pane, dialog or tooltips. To use Sidekick, simply sign up on sidekickup.com, download Sidekick Studio and you can start creating help tips on your site right away. To publish those tips, install Sidekick on your site by adding a script tag to the html. After that, you can add help tips on your site without modifying the code.
