I absolutely love this app. It has taken my workouts and my body to the next level. I was lacking motivation for the longest time and never knew what to do when I went to the gym until I got Shred. Never been so proud of my body progress as I am now. I feel strong and lean. THANK YOU SHRED

Incredibly valuable app - next to iMessage and Spotify, there isn’t an app that gets as much use on my phone as Shred. Reliable, intuitive, fairly priced.
The product Was very intuitive And really help me get started right out of the gates. I have been wanting to get back into it for a while and Shred gave me the structure and the push that I needed. A+ design and really liked the variety of options. Super cool and thanks
SHRED sets the bar for user experience while in the gym. I use this as a reference point for any friends working in the app design startup space. Constantly evolving while still retaining the value that made this a great app to begin with many years ago.
