The insights and automated reporting are pretty good as it makes it really easy to track and manage competitor information. Also I believe they use multiple sources, so it does provide a pretty comprehensive view of the competitive landscape. Personally, the feature comparaison was the most useful feature of Sharbo to identify the key differentiators in product offerings, especially with the comparaison tables that it generates. Overall its a pretty neat and intuitive product!
I’ve been using Sharbo since they launched, and this new update has definitely improved in some key areas. The addition of insights beyond just product features like tracking tech stacks and recent LinkedIn posts which is super useful. Personally, I love the ability to set specific competitors as targets and get tailored reports delivered straight to my inbox. It’s a huge time-saver! Excited to see what’s coming in the next update!
Useful for finding new competitors you weren't aware of. The AI features help with quick and dirty comparison tables, I just wish they would add the sources they're pulling their data for in the feature comparison table, just to verify and validate the AI model's answers. I especially like the option to add your own competition vs. explore who the platform has identified as your competition. I encountered 2 bugs... 1. Blocking: when initiating new rounds (beyond the first two), wherein every time I triggered a new round, a new foundation was created. I was not able to trigger more than 2 rounds, despite it being unlimited in my plan 2. Minor: Every time I tried to save the results of a round it gave me an error modal, but I later found out that it did get saved in my account. Other than that, great launch! Looking forward to the next iterations. Best of luck!
