I use SessionStack daily - following leads along their path from the first touchpoint to conversion, to understand what problems they face and how they interact with our product.
Easy to install, easy to configure and very friendly interface. Help me a lot on daily basis in my PM work. Awesome AI feature which is giving you the essence of a user session.
