fantastic idea @wilsonsquared! how did you get the idea? I've seen something similar (but physical) at the exit of a store. You would rate your experience, enter your phone number and some device would give you a candybar if you win. Love it!
Senja is an incredibly handy app that makes collecting reviews a breeze, letting you store them all in one convenient place. The review form is really quick to set up, thanks to the user-friendly and straightforward interface. I especially love the feature that allows you to add rewards for reviews! Another great thing is that Senja provides widgets that are easy to integrate into your website or send via email.
I installed it on my website, and it is perfect! Also the testimonial form is really nice, even on the free account! We love it so far.
