It then matches these interactions to specific purchases, add-to-cart behaviour, churn and so on. The end result? A user-centric view on your revenue and sales! You can view which customers kept coming back to your store, which demographics and/or regions tend to buy most from you (we call this segments) - enabling you to create customized strategies to reach out to them and engage your customer segments
