Hi there! So in a nutshell, your platform is a middle layer between recruitment/headhunter agencies and employers if I understood correctly. If so, the question is - how many recruitment agencies are you currently partnered with and where are they located?

@dr_dani Hi! Exactly! Yep good question. So we launched the beta version in January with 6 connected agencies and are currently working together with 10 (as of 24th of February). They are all located in Sweden, spread across 4 different cities. So far they have specialized in Finance & Sales roles, but we are currently exploring the possibilities of doing more roles and adding more cities, as we have had discussions with agencies in both Copenhagen & Oslo as well. WHAT IT IS Sekando is a recruitment marketplace. We help employers recruit by letting recruitment agencies compete to fill their vacancies. 63% of the employers doesn't receive enough qualified candidates through their regular ads at Linkedin or similar job boards. Therefore, recruitment agencies exists. But, the recruitment market is overpopulated, which makes it hard to choose one, and resulting in a small supply of candidates - which is what really matters. By submitting your vacancy to Sekando, you access several agencies simultaneously instead of just one, and create a competition between them. a) increase the chance of finding the right candidate b) you set the price - pay after hire c) improve your process - by letting the platform handle the agencies
