Great product! Would be interested to know what the ground truth for location accuracy is? Is the app capable of tracking locations within contained locations e.g. shopping centres.

Hi Lachlan. We've tested SearchParty at multiple different venues and events, including large and busy shopping centers. It has successfully pinpointed users down to 1m accuracy on multiple occasions. We're constantly improving the accuracy of our app, and we're hoping to get this down to less than 1m in the coming months.
Hi Paul. SearchParty is specifically designed with this in mind. We've made sure our data transfers are as small as possible, meaning that the uploads/downloads for our users is minimal. Our app can work in congested and low reception areas. Of course, sometimes there is no reception at all, or the network is so congested that nothing works - which is completely out of our control. We're hoping that the new 5G network that is launching later this year can help with that. We've tested SearchParty at multiple events and festivals. Each time more successful than the last as we are continuously improving the app.
