Our journey began two years ago when we sought to reduce meetings at our agency. We created a custom template called "Journals" on Notion, where staff could update everyone daily on their tasks, feelings, and progress. This template became so popular that it reduced our meetings by over half! 🌟

I love Scratch! This app was made to keep you as productive as possible. Writing my morning to-do list is crucial in keeping myself organized throughout the day. This app lets me do just that while alerting my co-workers about what I am working on for the day. It can be tough to feel connected in a remote environment, but Scratch allows you to see how the entire team is doing every morning, from location, to how they are feeling and their focus, creating accountability across our remote team! 10/10 recommend!
