DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I had an awful experience with Samwell.ai and Semihuman.ai. The product works fine, but the real problem is their terrible customer service and the fact that you just can’t trust them. They charged me twice for the same membership and refused to refund the extra charge. I tried contacting their support many times, but most of my messages and emails were ignored. After a ton of effort, I finally got one cold reply saying there was "nothing they could do." Honestly, I feel SCAMMED. Watch out—they might charge you twice, and if that happens, don’t expect your money back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

The only thing I find it good is to create outlines. The content uses only a small part of the uploaded materials, repeating the same few ideas over and over again without getting to the point.
