We are: Hey, I’m heading out to Target. does anyone need anything? but in an app. On Runerra, people start a run by letting their community know where they’re headed and make themselves available to pick up what their neighbors need. Neighbors can then see active runs and use the app to submit items.

Hi All! It's awesome to interact with the Product Hunt community again! Our product Runerra, allows you to see all your friends who are currently out running errands, and have them deliver the things you need right to your doorstep We are: Hey, I’m heading out to Target. does anyone need anything? but in an app. On Runerra, people start a run by letting their community know where they’re headed and make themselves available to pick up what their neighbors need. Neighbors can then see active runs and use the app to submit items. No more missed texts, ignored payments, and awkward “you owe me’s.” since Runerra handles the entire transaction and takes a 10 percent fee from the runner and buyer once that transaction is completed We recently launched our app at the University of Minnesota and have been part of the Techstars Retail Accelerator in partnership with Target. During the program we’ve built over 28 retail and restaurant partnership, raised 500k and went live in our first collegiate market connecting over 50,000 students and faculty as we begin to address the 93 billion dollar last mile delivery space. We would love your feedback on the product, your insights and if you are a developer, let's talk!

Really clean design and easy to get started. It's easy to make a run and get conned with your runner. Very cheap way to get things delivered to you.

Pros:

Super convenient way to get what you need in your community. If you live in an apartment or a campus this one's for you.

Cons:

Looks like its iOS only.

Great idea. I am a bit skeptic about, would people really want to pick stuff up for their nieghbours? Would they really want to broadcast about where they are going everytime? I have my skepticism, but so did some people about AirBnB. The idea still worked despite people think it wouldn't. I'd be really glad if y'all prove me wrong. Best of luck!
